Once the invoice has been paid, you will be informed of a date in which you will be shown a sketch for approval.
Upon being shown the sketch, you can ask for corrections and tweaks

Refusal of service includes, but is not limited to, declining a commission request, rescinding a YCH/adopt purchase and blocking the user in any and/or all platforms. I have the right to refuse to work with you if one of the following conditions is met:
Rude behaviour towards me or my clients
Going agains the TOS
Stating that a payment has been sent when that is, in fact, not the case
An impulsive purchase of a YCH/adopt/auction that is later cancelled

Terms of service
1. GENERAL
Clients must be at least 18 years old to purchase a design or commission from me.
I will only accept payments in USD via Paypal Invoices.
Clients are not allowed to claim any of my work, be it commissioned artwork or character designs, as their own and/or repost my art without proper credit. A link to any of my social media will always be appreciated.
I may post the commissioned artwork on any of my social media, use it for advertising, or as examples of previous commissions. The client can refuse by asking for a private commission. This will be discussed further in the Commission Order section.
A list of themes I will and won’t draw is available for clients in the Process section.
Your Character Heres (YCH) are included in the commission category and will be treated as such.
1.1. ARTIST RIGHTS
I reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any commission for any reason. I retain full ownership of my art as property and the freedom to use and display it on social media as I wish. In the case of adoptable or custom designs, I retain ownership of the original artwork of the design, the design concept, and the ability to create derivative or similar character designs.I have the right to decline any commission at any point before the client is added to the queue.
1.2. CLIENT RIGHTS
All commissioned artworks and character designs are reserved for non-commercial, personal use only. The watermarked version of commissioned works may be displayed in social media, as long as credit is given by accompanying the image with a link to any of my accounts. In the case of designs, credit must be given when stating its origin. However, it is not necessary to clarify its origin in every use. The client is not entitled to claim the commissioned artwork or character design as their own.Commissions are delivered in two versions: 1) a full-size, signed and unwatermarked digital image file, and 2) a reduced-size, watermarked digital image file. The client will not receive the original layered file. The client is not entitled to use the sketches shown during the commission process.Adoptable character designs are delivered in the following formats: 1) full-size, unwatermarked digital image files containing the images shown in the auction or sale of the design, 2) full-size, unwatermarked digital image files containing the flat-coloured versions of the images shown in the auction or sale of the design. The client will not receive the original layered files.The use of commissioned artwork is reserved for myself and the client alone, and usage rights are only transferable through the rehoming of a character design that the commissioned artwork is attached to.
2. COPYRIGHT / USAGE
2.1. ARTIST RIGHTS
I retain full ownership of my art as property and the freedom to use and display it on social media as I wish. I may post the commissioned artwork on any of my social media, use it for advertising, or as examples of previous commissions. The client can refuse by asking for a private commission.In the case of adoptable character designs, I retain ownership to the original artwork of the design, the design concept, and the ability to create derivative or similar character designs. I retain the freedom to use and display the original artwork in social media as I wish, as well as the right to use it for advertising or as an example of my work.
2.2. CLIENT RIGHTS
All commissioned artworks and character designs are reserved for non-commercial personal use only. The watermarked version of commissioned works may be displayed on social media, as long as credit is given by accompanying the image with a link to any of my accounts.In the case of designs (be it adoptables or customs), credit must be given when stating its origin. However, it is not necessary to clarify its origin in every use. The client may change the details of the purchased design whenever they desire. Details include gender, hairstyle, body type, fur patterns, story, and things of this nature.The client is not entitled to claim the commissioned artwork or character design as their own. However, they may use the commissioned artwork or design to promote themselves and their work. This includes the usage of the artwork or character in banners, profile pictures, to illustrate non-profit stories or other creations that do not generate any earnings. In case the client is interested in making use of the commissioned artwork or character design in a commercial manner, they can discuss the possibility with me at any time, and a fee will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
3.1. CANCELLATIONS DONE BY THE ARTIST
The artist may cancel the commission or purchase of an adoptable character design at any time before the payment has been received, as long as they notify the client of the cancellation. Once the payment has been received, there will be no way of canceling the commission or purchase. Exceptions to this rule will be clarified in the Refunds section.
3.2. CANCELLATIONS DONE BY THE CLIENT

They are responsible for their actions at the time of bidding, and should not bid if they are insecure about purchasing the design.
3.3. REFUNDS
The client may ask for a refund only if the artist fails to deliver the finished commissioned artwork in 60 days.The artist may offer a refund for a commission in case of emergency situations, such as the breaking of a drawing tool, sudden family problems, or situations that may be out of the artist’s control. If any of these were to occur, the client will be refunded.The purchase of an adoptable character design will never be refunded. The client is responsible for their actions at the time of bidding, contacting the artist, and paying for the design. Users should not bid if they are insecure about purchasing the design.
